We like to keep things simple. If for any reason you would like to return an item to us, just complete our simple Returns Form and return with your package to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. 

 

Please note the following Terms and Conditions:

• Items must be returned in (1) Saleable condition and (2) Original packaging.
• Personalised, made-to-order, self-assembly or undergarments cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.
• We are happy to offer a full refund on items returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
• A restocking fee may apply in circumstances where a supplier charge is incurred.

To process your return, see the instructions below:

• Please download our Returns Form
• Please ensure you note (1) Reason Code for return and (2) Action required.
• Your Order Number must appear on the Returns Form and Return Label you affix to the front of the package.
• Cut off the bottom section return label and affix to the package. Don’t forget to enclose the completed Returns Form in the package before you seal it up (returns cannot be processed without the completed Returns Form)
