Our UK Delivery services are summarised below:

Standard Delivery

Order before 1pm and your order will be despatched via Courier within 24 hours of placing your order. The delivery method selected is dependant on the size and weight of the order.

If your order is sent out via Courier, a signature is required. 

Next Working Day (Monday to Friday)

Orders placed before 1pm on a working day, will be despatched on the next working day. Please note that this does not apply to Personalised or Made to Order items. Orders placed before 1pm on a Friday will be despatched on the Monday (or the following working day Monday is a Bank Holiday).

A signature is required. You will receive a text advising you of your estimated delivery window, allowing you to re-arrange the delivery time if necessary.

Certain UK Postcodes are subject to different timescales and may be exempt from Next Working Day Delivery. See 'Exemptions' below.

Next Working Day Exemptions

Next Working Day to the Channel Islands is not available on orders over 10kg (22lbs).

Next Working Day is not available to the following areas: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly.

Scottish Highlands:

Please allow 2-5 days for delivery to the following postcodes: AB36-38, AB55-56. FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50.

Scottish Islands

Please allow 2-5 days for delivery to the following postcodes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

Personalised & Made to Order Items

Personalised and Made to Order items are sent to you on behalf of The Present Finder, directly from the supplier. Please check further information on the product page for detailed delivery times. As a general rule however, you can expect Personalised and Made to Order Items to be delivered within 7-21 days of us receiving your order.

International Delivery

We now offer international delivery and delivery times vary but are normally delivered within 7 – 21 days.

Our international delivery charges do not include any applicable import taxes, custom duties and fees that are due upon entry into the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

More Information About Deliveries

• Order before 1pm for Next Working Day Despatch. (See exemptions) 
• Please note, delivery times are from Date of Despatch rather than Date of Order. Orders are typically despatched within 48 hours from order. 
• Working days are Monday to Friday. This excludes Bank Holidays.
• Orders over 10kg in weight going to Northern Ireland or Scottish Highlands & Islands may be subject to additional postage costs. 
• Next Working Day - If you place your order after 1pm Friday/ Saturday/ Sunday your order will be despatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays)
• If you place your order over a Bank Holiday weekend, your order will be despatched on the Tuesday
• Please note that during seasonal times there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order.
